Refund Policy

 

Hi, we’re Appxo. As a platform, these rules outline what you can expect from the authors of the items you buy. They apply to all authors and customers.

 

General Refund Guidelines

 

We cannot provide refunds for products purchased using your account wallet. Refunds will only be issued to your account wallet, not the original payment method.

Since the products sold on our platform are digital goods and cannot be “returned,” your entitlement to a refund is designed with this in mind. Please note that in addition to these rules, local laws regarding refunds in your country may also apply.

 

Before Requesting a Refund

 

If you have purchased an item from our “Web Themes and Templates” or “Code” categories on Appxo and are experiencing a technical issue, we recommend contacting the author of the item for assistance. Often, they will be able to help troubleshoot your problem.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and reflected in your account wallet.

 

Refund Eligibility

We understand that sometimes issues may not be resolved by the author, or certain circumstances may warrant a refund. Here are the situations in which a refund may be provided:

Item is “Not as Described” or Doesn’t Work Properly:

  • If the item is materially different from the description or preview, or if it doesn’t function as advertised, the author is required to fix the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued.

Item Has a Security Vulnerability:

  • If an item contains a security vulnerability that cannot be easily fixed, a refund may be provided. The author should address and fix security issues promptly. If not resolved in a reasonable timeframe, a refund will be issued.

Item Support is Promised but Not Provided:

  • If an author advertises item support but does not provide it in accordance with the item support policy, a refund may be issued.

Unused Item Support Extension:

  • If you purchase an item support extension and request a refund before your existing item support expires, a refund for the support extension may be issued.

Items Not Downloaded:

  • If you have not downloaded a purchased item within 3 months of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. You will need to provide your purchase code for verification. Depending on your location, you might have a longer period to claim a refund if you haven’t downloaded the item.

Resolving Disputes

 

If you and an author cannot reach an agreement about a refund, you can raise a dispute for Appxo to investigate. We may ask for supporting documentation or evidence. Any refund issued by Appxo is at our discretion, based on all available information, and our decision is final.

Situations Not Eligible for Refunds

 

Neither Appxo nor authors are obligated to provide refunds in the following situations:

  • You don’t want the item after downloading it.
  • The item did not meet your expectations or you consider it to be of low quality.
  • You change your mind after purchase.
  • You bought the item by mistake.
  • You lack the expertise to use the item.
  • You claim entitlement to a refund but do not provide sufficient information.
  • You can no longer access the item because it has been removed or the author is no longer active on our platform (we advise downloading items as soon as possible after purchase).
